According to the report in RMS, DMA achieved 80%. This percentage, however, only reflects hiring offers accepted for applications submitted online and does not take into account applications received as a hard copy. DMA is working on eliminating hard copy applications and accepting online applications only. Additionally, DMA will work on improving the method under which an individual’s application progress is properly reflected in all stages of the hiring process in RMS.
