Measure Methodology
An 84% completion rate of cases submitted to be analyzed each year will result in approximately a 90 day turn-around time for this service area. The percentage of cases completed annually is calculated by dividing the beginning backlog plus cases received for analysis into the number of cases completed for the annual period ending the last day of each quarter.
